100 TPI Nylon Casing
The highest thread count in our gravel line, which means it’s our most supple, lightest gravel casing. Nylon’s durable threads withstand the punishment of mixed-terrain cycling, and the relatively high thread count sheds rolling resistance and maintains the feel of the gravel while muting chatter.
Graphene 1C Compound
Rubber, infused with Graphene to minimize rolling resistance and resist punctures. Graphene effectively fills the gaps between rubber molecules, creating a reinforced structure that’s lighter, more efficient, and also more durable.
XC-Trail TLR Reinforced 120-TPI Casing
A reinforced racing casing, the XC-Race TLR combines a durable, supple 120-TPI nylon construction with additional protection on the sidewalls. Responsiveness, muted chatter, and supple trail feel with a little extra anti-puncture insurance – when XC gets gnarly, the XC-Trail TLR goes off.

GrapheneGraphene is a revolutionary material in the form of an ultra-thin, almost transparent carbon layer. In its most extreme form, it is just a single atomic layer thin (1 billionth of a meter).
The advantages of graphene:
- Huge surface area: 1 gram = about 2,630 m2 available for all kinds of chemical processes
- High mechanical strength: about 200 times stronger than steel
- High thermal conductivity: more than twice that of diamonds
- Low density: equal to or half as dense as aluminum
- High elasticity: six times that of steel
- High electrical conductivity, transparency, lightness, adaptability and mechanical strength
Vittoria uses only the highest quality form of graphene (pure form) to achieve the greatest possible improvements for all of our products. The pure graphene that Vittoria uses offers four to six times increases in the materials to which it is applied (carbon for wheels, rubber for tires) over other forms of graphene. Vittoria decided to join Directa Plus to ensure contact with the research and development expertise there.
