After the mountain bike flagship XTR has already set benchmarks and Deore XT and SLX have followed suit, the Deore M6100 now rounds off Shimano's 12-speed lineup. It is complemented by the components of the M5100 and M4100 series which will equip 11- and 10-speed drivetrains at the same high level.

Regarding the price, the current Shimano Deore groups are positioned in the entry-level range, but are not prepared to compromise in terms of performance, quality and reliability. Almost everything that the high end groups XTR, XT and SLX have to offer in terms of technology, innovation, performance and range of functions, you will find in the Deore components, too.

With its lightweight sprocket carrier, the Shimano Deore CS-M4100 cassette delivers smooth and precise shifting performance. The 10-speed cassette features the proven Hyperglide technology and is available in 2 versions with a sprocket ratio of 11-42 or 11-46 teeth.
