The PROTECTOR JACKET PRO with back, chest and shoulder protectors offers maximum all-round protection with first-class comfort and outstanding freedom of movement. The brand new LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology is used here. It offers 95% impact absorption and is so airy, light and flexible that you hardly feel it on the trail or in the park. By the way: LITESHIELD FLEX is virtually insensitive to temperature (from -20 to +40 degrees Celsius)!

Further highlights are the supple functional material and the mesh inserts made of MIPAN® nylon. It is highly breathable, feels incredibly comfortable on the skin, dries quickly and follows every movement with ease. It is also made from recycled nylon (GRS-certified), which saves energy and resources. The jacket has a tight, sporty fit, a side zipper makes it easy to put on and take off and an AIRO FLEX waist belt optimizes the fit. The chest protector is removable and the shoulder protectors can be adjusted to the front and back. The integrated features with Polygiene OdorCrunch™ and StayFresh™ prevent unpleasant odors. And of course, the jacket can also be machine washed with protectors.

Unrivalled protection and comfort - that's LITESHIELD FLEX, EVOC's new proprietary protector technology. As the centrepiece of many new EVOC PROTECTION WEAR products, LITESHIELD FLEX - nomen est omen - offers maximum flexibility for unprecedented comfort in cycling and winter sports. It offers outstanding impact protection, is light and airy, and adapts perfectly to the body's movements and temperatures. To achieve this, EVOC has combined its specially developed, highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound (TPE) with a sophisticated geometry of plus and circle elements, also developed in-house. This homogeneous grid not only ensures low weight, but also provides optimal air circulation, preventing heat build-up on the body and perfecting comfort.
The result is an ergo-dynamic flex that allows the protector to fit like a second skin and follow every movement in action, while LITESHIELD FLEX technology offers outstanding protection. It absorbs up to 95% of impact energy in the event of a fall or blow and is certified to CE standard EN 1621-2, level 1 for personal protective equipment. This powerful cushioning and high level of protection can prevent injuries during sports. Another highlight is the temperature resistance of the TPE compound. LITESHIELD FLEX protector technology provides consistent impact protection and flexibility in temperatures ranging from -20 to +40° Celsius, making it ideal for both winter and summer sports. But high flexibility, perfect protection, low weight and excellent comfort are not all: unlike the two-component foams often used in protectors, the TPE material used in LITESHIELD FLEX can be melted down and fully recycled. This conserves resources and reduces the environmental footprint.
