Technologies

QUATTROFLEX
The polarizing filter in the Quattroflex lenses offers maximum functionality. Reflections and glare are effectively eliminated and contrasts are clearly emphasised. Quattroflex lenses are brighter than regular polarized lenses and are suitable for a wide range of uses from water sports to golf and winter sports.

VARIOFLEX
Varioflex is a lens technology that automatically adjusts the lenses depending on the weather. The self-tinting (photochromic) lenses react to UV light. When exposed to UV light, chemical elements open up and create a flat, darkening effect. If the UV intensity decreases, the chemical elements close and the panes become lighter again. This process happens in a matter of seconds. This gives you a pair of glasses that adapts to the constantly changing light conditions.

CERAMIC
Ceramic is the basic material of the lens. It is shatterproof and thus offers excellent protection for the eye.

MIRROR
Mirror is a lens on which several mirror layers are applied. They protect against extreme glare and infrared light. Mirror is not only a feature of a highly functional lens, but also a style element.

FOGSTOP
Fogstop is a coating on the inside of the lenses. The coating is not smooth but rough - even "fissured" on a microscopic level. This means that the drops do not have the opportunity to form a closed layer, i.e. to fog up and thus obscure the view. This would only happen if the moisture managed to fill the fissures with water. Before this happens, however, the deposited moisture has long since condensed and the view remains clear.

HYDROPHOBIC
Hydrophobic is a moisture-repellent nanostructure on the windshield that causes water to bead up. At the same time, dirt is also transported away. The lens is therefore not only clean, but also dries faster.

2-COMP
The combination of hard frame, soft, rubberized temple ends and nose pads increases the wearing comfort and fit of the glasses.

ADAPTABLE NOSEPAD
Cold-adjustable, rubberized nose pads allow for an optimal fit to any nose width and shape. The rubber coating effectively prevents slippage and ensures a secure fit of the glasses.

OPTIMIZED AIRFLOW
A strongly curved lens in combination with indirect airflow guidance ensures draught-free and fog-free vision even during fast outdoor sports.
